BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Mr. Saravanan Saminathan
Mr. Saminathan Saravanan, Managing Director, holds a MBA and is a Certified CEO Alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK). He is an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in industrial engineering and environmental solutions. As Co-Founder of PH1 Industries Private Limited, he has been instrumental in developing innovative engineering solutions for the cement industry. His experience and leadership focus on industrial operations, business development, strategic growth and delivering sustainable value to stakeholders.
Mr. Surendra Babu Ellappa Raj
Mr. Surendra Babu Ellappa Raj, Managing Director, holds a Certificate Course in Office Management and brings over 19 years of entrepreneurial experience across waste management, renewable energy and industrial processes. He has developed extensive experience in sales, operations, negotiation and business management, with a strong focus on sustainable solutions. His entrepreneurial approach and industry experience contribute to the Company’s strategic initiatives, operational development and pursuit of sustainable business growth.
Mr. Prabakaran Bhaskaran
Mr. Prabakaran Bhaskaran, Whole-time Director, holds a BBA and MBA and is pursuing a Post Graduate qualification in Manufacturing Management. He is the Co-Founder and Director of PH1 Industries Private Limited and has significant experience in engineering, industrial manufacturing, operations management and business development. He provides strategic leadership in driving operational excellence, innovation and customer-focused growth. His experience supports the Company’s focus on quality, reliability, technological advancement and long-term stakeholder value.
Mr. Bhaskar Jaganathan
Mr. Bhaskar Jaganathan, Whole-time Director, holds a B.Com degree and has extensive experience in financial management, strategic accounts and business operations. His expertise includes budgeting, cash-flow management, financial planning, taxation, statutory compliance, industrial audits, inventory management and capital investments. He has also been involved in managing accounting, billing and procurement functions and in improving operational efficiency. His financial and operational experience supports the Company’s focus on disciplined growth and sustainable corporate performance.
Mr. Soumomoy Pal
Mr. Soumomoy Pal, Independent Director, holds a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta. He brings over 28 years of experience in technology leadership, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and digital transformation. He has held senior leadership positions with Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited, Amrutanjan Health Care Limited and Wipro Limited. His areas of expertise include cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, data privacy, technology strategy and digital transformation. His expertise encompasses cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, data privacy, technology strategy and business transformation. His experience supports strong governance, risk oversight and technology-led value creation for stakeholders.
Mrs. Maya Swaminathan Sinha

Ms. Maya Swaminathan Sinha, Independent Director, holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics and Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and a Master’s degree from the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University, specializing in Econometrics, Monetary Finance and Public Economics. She brings over 28 years of experience as an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, including senior positions in the Income Tax Department and Government of India. She has also served as Commissioner of Khadi and Village Industries Commission and Deputy Chairman of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust. She has extensive expertise in leadership, strategic planning, finance, compliance, risk management, contracts and corporate governance.
Mr. Sanal Kumar V
Independent Director | Since Aug 2026
Mr. Sanal Kumar V, Independent Director, is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of leadership experience across infrastructure, finance, real estate and education. He has served as Director & Chief Executive Officer of Vishnusurya Projects and Infra Limited and played a key role in its successful NSE Emerge listing in 2023. He has extensive experience in project finance, structured finance, public listings, taxation, compliance, risk management and strategic business development. His experience in governance, financial management and public-market operations brings valuable strategic and financial oversight to the Board.

Mr. Muralidhar Jampala
Chief Financial Officer | Since Aug 2026
Mr. Jampala Muralidhar, Chief Financial Officer, is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 14 years of post-qualification experience in accounts, finance and statutory compliance. His expertise includes financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation, internal and statutory audits, financial controls and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience in bank finance, working capital and term-loan documentation, CMA data, project reports and banking relationships. With significant experience in the manufacturing sector, he brings practical expertise in costing, inventory valuation, plant-level audits and financial management. He also focuses on MIS reporting, budgeting and variance analysis to support effective management decision-making.
Mr. Laxmikanth Tangudu
Mr. Tangudu Laxmikanth, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has also passed the Intermediate Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has over four years of professional experience in corporate and secretarial compliances, including Companies Act, SEBI and listing-related matters, with exposure to SME IPO and post-listing compliances. He has also gained more than one year of experience with an SME-listed company.
SENIOR MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL:
Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma
Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Vice President Design, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur, Nagpur University. He brings over 26 years of experience in mechanical engineering, project execution, operations, material handling, environmental solutions and process optimization, with extensive exposure to the cement, steel and alumina industries. He has been associated with PH1 Industries since 2019 and currently leads its design, engineering and R&D functions, including the development and implementation of Alternative Fuel and Raw Material (AFR) systems. His expertise encompasses technical design, project engineering, commissioning, cost optimization, troubleshooting and development of innovative industrial solutions.
Mr. Lingaraj Sahoo
Mr. Lingaraj Sahoo, Production Manager, holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Ajay Binay Institute of Technology, Cuttack, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He brings over 19 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operational excellence, quality management, plant maintenance and industrial engineering. He has been associated with PH1 Industries since September 2025 and is responsible for production operations covering assembly, fabrication, welding, paint shop and machine shop activities. His expertise includes production planning, process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, cost reduction, project execution and plant operations, with extensive experience in bulk material handling and industrial equipment.
Mr. Devender Prasad P
Mr. Devender Prasad P, Human Resource Manager, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Development from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University. He brings over 16 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations and corporate HR activities. He has extensive experience in manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, HR operations, training and development, compensation, employee engagement and HR analytics. Since joining PH1 Industries in March 2024, he has been responsible for talent management, talent development, talent acquisition and HR operations, supporting the Company’s people and organizational development initiatives.
